Individual treatment is a safe place to share and explore very private thoughts, experiences, emotional wounds and feelings, without judgment.

I strive to help build core emotional strength and resilience, as my clients establish  positive relationships with oneself and with others.

Individuals most often come to therapy because they are in pain. Depression, grief, addictions, a sense of meaninglessness or a lack of authentic relationships are all symptoms of pain.

Therapy is a way to have a team approach with a professional to understand the meaning of your emotional triggers and to be able to alleviate your distress and expand your capacity for work, love and creativity.

My style of psychotherapy aims to foster personal development and liberation from unsatisfying or painful patterns of living. I believe that when an individual or couple is courageous enough to face their pain, therapy can offer a context in which complicated or lifelong difficulties can be addressed in a deep enough way to create meaningful changes.
