I’m a Licensed Marriage
and Family Therapist, with an office in
Woodland Hills, since 1981 and Adjunct
Faculty at Phillips Graduate Institute,
since 1982. I have been a Workshop
Leader at: UCLA, Cal. Lutheran University,
Los Robles Hospital, Pierce College,
Phillips Graduate Institute and Continental
Airlines. I have led classes on : Couples
Communication, Stress Management, Shyness,
Group Therapy, Anger Management, Postpartum
Depression, Mindfulness and Creating More
Play in Adult Living.

I assist individuals and couples to build a
core containing emotional strength and
resilience, in order to enhance their lives
to be nurturing and fulfilling. My
work is to foster and heal relationships
through the lens of Attachment Theory and
Mindfulness.
My theoretical orientation is Behavioral,
Solution Focus and Insight Oriented
approaches, through in-depth treatment.
These modalities are personalized to create
an individual self-care plan. My aim as a
therapist is to help people create their
life and relationships to be optimally
meaningful and enriched. My commitment is to
help clients navigate through life's
complexities and build a world
in which one experiences
him or herself as authentic and fulfilled. |
